Our journey began when the founder of Astara struggled to find modest swimwear that can feel both stylish and comfortable to wear.

We became determined to find the softest, most breathable, fast-drying and lightweight material available.

Great was not an option, we wanted our brand to embed perfection.

Passionate about making our brand the most economical option, we went a step further and set out to eliminate the need for layering up at the beach.
